Please note : All opportunities at 21HHS require being in the field visiting patients in their homes.

Territory : Solano County : Vallejo, American Canyon, Hercules and minimal visits to Napa County

What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist / Language Pathologies (ST) :

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team

To be a success as Speech Therapist / Language Pathologist (ST)

Anticipated  Wage range Speech Therapist : 110,000.00- 125,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.  21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
