Job Description
Essential Job Functions :
- Manage journal entries, accruals, reconciliation and analysis for different areas within finance.
- Control month-end close process for one or more of our foreign entities including preparing journal entries, revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
- Prepare monthly expense tracking and analysis.
- Create new ledger accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Complete quarterly intercompany foreign exchange clearing transactions.
- Prepare information for press release and SEC filing documents as needed.
- US sales and use tax maintenance, reconciliation and submission for payment.
- Complete periodic government census reports.
- Responsible for global financial close as needed
- Special projects and analysis as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Up to two foreign Finance Managers (or equivalent).
