• No Purchasing of Leads Responsibilities :
• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish
• Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
• Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and / or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile Qualifications :
• Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial
• High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
• Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Compensation : $70,000
