Strategic Initiatives Manager

Inmar is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead and execute key security (physical and cyber) initiatives that drive organizational growth, resilience, and risk mitigation. This role will work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and oversee strategic security initiatives that align with the company's long-term security posture and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in security, project management, and strategic planning.

Primary Accountabilities

• Lead the execution of reporting on security strategic initiatives that improve the organization's security framework.
• Manage key security projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for security initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Provide updates on security financial status, risk assessments, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work with leadership to track long-term security roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Utilizes leadership best practices, continuous professional growth, and management training to effectively guide teams, provide constructive feedback, and ensure excellence in security project management.
• Collaborate with IT, security, risk, and business leaders to mitigate security threats.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is : 94,160.00 - 141,240.00 USD Annual. The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations. Depending on the job level and role, it may include : Annual discretionary bonuses through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan, Equity grants, sign-on bonuses, and other tailored incentive opportunities, Additional discretionary compensation, such as : Growing Revenue Incentives, Safety Bonuses, Deferred compensation opportunities.
