Senior Restoration Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restoration Technician with managerial responsibilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a proven track record of managing complex restoration projects and leading teams effectively. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee and manage a wide range of restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of restoration technicians. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure staff are trained in the latest restoration techniques and safety protocols.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Technical Expertise : Apply advanced knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the restoration industry.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all restoration work meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Budget Management : Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve complex technical challenges in restoration projects. Provide expert guidance and solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Marketing Initiatives : Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, to promote the company's services and values.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
