Scheduling appointments Smiling and cheerful and energetic manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and work in fast-paced environment Comfortable with sales : this is a cash / medspa business and needs customer service and sales High school diploma or equivalent required Medical Assistant certification Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy Basic life support certification Ability to learn and use electronic health record systems and other medical applications Experience in a related field and positions, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
