Job Title : Load Builder Job Description

The Load Builder is responsible for preparing, loading, and unloading flatbed trailers in a safe and efficient manner. This role carries the same qualifications and expectations as a Material Handler, with the additional responsibility of ensuring that loads are properly secured and meet both company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials onto and from flatbed trailers.
• Verify load accuracy and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Secure loads using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
