Our client, a well-established company offering a wide range of commercial services from plumbing to ductless heat pumps, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and quality of the environments in which they operate. The company believes in looking after its employees, offering union benefits and a strong team-focused culture.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Carry out service repairs and projects
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on HVAC systems
- Perform equipment start-ups
- Manage building system and HVAC controls
- Manage schedules and maintain strong time management skills
- Maintain strong communication with customers
- Operate a service van
Qualifications :
