RN - Inpatient Orthopedic Care / Clinical Nurse
Location : North Central New Mexico
Schedule : Full-Time | Day or Night Shifts Available

RN Job Responsibilities Your Role in Orthopedic Care
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care on a busy inpatient ortho floor
- Support surgical recovery and chronic condition management for orthopedic patients
- Engage in early mobility programs and pain management protocols
- Perform detailed assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with providers and families
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality standards
