Job Summary : This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training under the guidance of experienced operators. This is a three year nationally recognized training program and is registered with the Florida Dept. of Education.

Essential Functions :

• Assist experienced operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Learn and follow safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, monitoring equipment, and reporting any operational issues.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge related to equipment operation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support project objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
