[job_card.job_description]taking inbound calls from employers, schools, military facilities, and personal character references of applicants, transferring those calls to employees processing reports, and transposition of data into our system. This role plays an important part in ensuring we provide top-tier service to our clients and their applicants, all while supporting our Nuclear Department team. Working Schedule This is an in-office , seasonal position. Seasonal employment times are approximately January - April and August - October . Monday – Friday, start times varying between 5 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM When determined by company needs, overtime and weekends may be available during peak seasons. Over time and weekends are generally assigned based on individual productivity. Starting Pay $17.50-$18.00 / hour Pay and title may be reviewed after 90 days of continuous employment, at the company’s discretion, based on performance and prior experience. Health, Vision, and Dental insurance Supplemental Benefits from Aflac, Colonial, and / or State Farm Available after your 90-day introductory period : Accrued Leave (Vacation + Paid Sick Leave) Seven paid holidays per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) Two (2) Personal Days per year Flexible use of Unpaid Time-Off Duties and Responsibilities Transposition of data from Word and PDF documents, faxes, and emails Receive and transfer incoming calls Conduct phone-based verifications of personal character references Detailed documentation of calls and actions taken on reports Ensure professional and confidentiality in all communications Identify and resolve inconsistencies Prompt adaptability to new procedures and policies (e.g., government, industry, company, and client requirements) Perform self-reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Preferred experience in areas such as : Data Entry, Customer Service, Call Center, and Administration Knowledgeable computer skills including but not limited to : web navigation, basic computer file management, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.) Typing Speed : 50 WPM Able to maintain organized workflows while ensuring accuracy in all tasks Effective time-management skills with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads and priorities Resourceful problem-solver with strong critical-thinking abilities Open-minded and willing to adjust processes based on coaching and guidance Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States About the Company Pinnacle Investigations provides prompt and precise reports to our clients regarding pre-employment, tenancy screenings, and criminal searches across a diverse range of industries. - The purpose of this department is to complete background reports for clients, who are specifically governed by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and Nuclear Regulatory Committee (NRC).
- This is an entry-level position.
- During training, employees are taught about the regulations this department follows – knowledge and understanding of NEI, NRC, and local or federal laws regarding background investigations prior to application and / or acceptance of this role is not expected.
