Role Description

This is a full-time on-site assistant Manager role at ISW Menswear located in Richardson, TX. The Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising inventory management, driving sales goals, implementing marketing strategies, and training team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency. The assistant Manager will also work with customers to deliver tailored solutions and create an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, team leadership, and operational oversight.
• Proven skills in customer service, sales, and relationship building.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of men's apparel, retail inventory practices, and fashion trends is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
