Retail Banking Sales & Service Representative

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and through various channels with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include :

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities.
• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby.
• Assists in conducting client conversations about banking services.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs.
• Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in needs-based conversations.
• Contributes to meeting branch business results.
• Supports operational activities.
• Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch team.
• Probes to understand customer personal banking and credit card needs.
• Organizes work information to ensure accuracy.
• Takes initiative to find creative approaches for customer experience.
• Looks for ways to contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience.
• May work at multiple branches or through various channels.
• Follows risk and compliance processes.
• Keeps current with the financial services marketplace.
• Maintains knowledge of personal banking products.
• Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity.
• Complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Protects the Bank's assets.
• Completes complex tasks within given rules.
• Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned.

Qualifications :

Salary : $41,714.00 - $49,000.00

Pay Type : Salaried

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
