Role Overview

Element is seeking a motivated and analytical Program Operations Intern to support our client-focused operations for one of the world's largest online retailers during a 1216-week summer internship. This role will be anchored in Program Operations, with exposure to Last Mile Rental, Commercial Programs and Data / Analytics, offering a well-rounded experience in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support day-to-day Program Operations activities for Client programs
• Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs
• Assist with program reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Document operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Client initiatives
• Gain exposure to Last Mile Rental and Commercial Programs / Data Analytics projects
