Essential Requirements :

• 3 years experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations; manufacturing preferred.
• 3 years experience in gathering requirements design prototype and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
• 3 years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics
• Knowledge of Scheduling and Attendance Tracking with its complexity
• Deep understanding of Absence Plans Time Entry Templates Time Calculations Time Entry Codes Eligibility Rules Accrual Calculations Business Processes Custom Reports Calculated Fields and EIBs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• The ability to interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams in a positive manner that generates confidence and trust.
