Finance Controller Assistant

A company is looking for a Finance Controller Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure 99%+ accuracy in QuickBooks

Execute collections and follow up on overdue invoices according to established timelines

Organize and update finance data, including trackers, sheets, and reports for easy access

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or finance controller assistant in a recurring revenue business

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud accounting software

Familiarity with payment processors like Stripe

Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, including basic formulas and data organization

Ability to work overlapping hours with EU time zones and maintain a stable internet connection
