This role is ideal for attorneys with prior personal injury experience who thrive in a client-centered, high-volume setting. You'll be joining a firm that values collaboration, professional development, and effective case outcomes. Travel and occasional court appearances may be required. Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and medical providers. Draft and review negotiation packages and settlement agreements. Handle lien resolution, subrogation claims, and disbursements. Supervise a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff. Participate in business development efforts to expand the client base. Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina . Fluent in both English and Spanish , written and verbal. Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law. Strong interpersonal and case management skills. Comfortable with a high-volume caseload and team leadership.
