Student Worker

Position Description :

Summary

Assist in routine administrative work, filing, and projects as need in accordance to specific instructions and established work methods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in routine sorting, calculating, posting, copying, and filing.
• Assist in maintaining files in appropriate location.
• Look up information in tables, lists and reports; post information appropriately.
• Perform light typing / word processing as needed.
• Perform data entry in a variety of software systems and / or complete forms as requested.
• Perform basic administrative support under the supervision of a staff member
• Perform basic research experiments
• Support lab maintenance
• Assist with research-based administrative duties
• Participate in lab meetings, seminars, workshops etc. as needed
• Collaborate with other research team members
