Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Corporate Department located in our Minneapolis office. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Entity formation, dissolution, conversions and mergers.
• Manage stock / membership units, foreign qualifications and state / local registrations.
• Draft ancillary closing documents and corporate resolutions, prepare for closings and create closing books for merger and acquisitions.
• Manage client communications throughout the transaction and ensure all legal requirements are met with meticulous attention to detail.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $50,000 - $70,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
