Maintenance Technician

As the Maintenance Technician, you will support the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the key to our hotel's efficient operations, managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team.
• Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• You will report to the Chief Engineer.
• Starting as an engineering assistant can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as chief engineer, facilities manager, or even a regional engineering director.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience
