Job Description

Leadership Candidates are responsible for training, coaching, and developing Team Members; setting expectations; following up; holding Team Members accountable; guarding the brand; practicing personal care; and treating all with honor, dignity, and respect. Full-time Leadership Candidates earn a minimum of $19 per hour and have the option to purchase medical benefits.

We are seeking Leadership Candidates who demonstrate humility, honesty, integrity, commitment, passion, good communication, decision making, empathy, awareness, and accountability; who are focused on doing the right thing, the right way, every time; who want to know how their jobs tie into metrics that drive the Restaurant to greater success; and who help create a culture of teamwork and positivity. A bachelor’s degree or two years of vocational leadership experience is required.
