About the Role :

Our Team is currently seeking a strong Data Center Technician to support both company-specific servers as well as data center buildouts at customer data centers. The ideal candidate balances strong technical hardware, physical network set up, and verbal / written communication skills, who are also are highly analytical with superior attention-to-detail, self-motivated, and a positive, humble 'results driven' attitude.

Related Skills :

  • Hardware / Server Troubleshooting skills
  • Great server hardware knowledge with a deep understanding of all component & system type failures
  • Utilize Linux and Windows Command-Line to troubleshoot hardware.
  • Physical Network Set-Up
  • Education : High School Diploma / Associate / Bachelors / Equivalent experience

Good to have :

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA Server+ or Network + equivalent experience
  • CCENT or equivalent experience
