Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Compensation

Salary Range : $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type)

Annual Bonus : Typically 10%–20% of base salary
