2L Litigation Summer Associate / Litigation (Summer 2027)

Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from first-year law students (Class of 2028) interested in joining the firm's 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Litigation Department. 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices : Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee, New York, Orlando, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.

The firm anticipates hosting a 10-week program for summer 2027. To be considered, a candidate must have excellent academic credentials and attend an ABA-accredited law school. Foley & Lardner LLP offers a competitive compensation structure applicable to all positions. The salary for this position is $225,000 / year, pro-rated based on the duration of employment. This role is not eligible for benefits.
