Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time) - North Pointe Care Center

From $18-$20 / hr

North Pointe Care Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and professional who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

Schedule (Set Schedule)

  • Monday - Wednesday : 3 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 PM
  • Thursday & Friday : OFF
  • Saturday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • Sunday : 3 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 PM

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor sign-in / sign-out logs
  • Provide basic administrative support to staff
  • Keep the front desk / lobby area clean and organized
  • Follow facility policies and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Receptionist or healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
  • Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems

Work Location

  • On-site at North Pointe Care Center
