We are committed to providing comprehensive wellness care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Our services include medical weight loss, IV therapy, primary care, and diagnostic labs. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

The Role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team three days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, weight management, and/or wellness medicine and will be instrumental in providing holistic care. This role is perfect for a professional seeking a consistent part-time schedule and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and physical exams.
  • Manage chronic and acute conditions in a primary care setting.
  • Provide medical weight loss consultations and follow-ups.
  • Order and interpret lab tests.
  • Administer or oversee IV therapy and injections (e.g., B12, Lipo shots).
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• • Collaborate with our chiropractic and medical staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Document all care accurately in our EMR system.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: 3 days per week
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Licensing:
• • Must have a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona.
  • Must have a current DEA license for prescribing.
• Skills & Experience:
• • Proven experience in primary care, weight management, and/or wellness medicine.
  • Strong diagnostic and patient evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
