[job_card.job_description]Previous tax and / or accounting experience. CPA, LTC or LTP a plus Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with tax software and common accounting tools (e.g. Excel, bookkeeping software, tax-prep platforms). Lacerte experience a plus! Experience with bookkeeping, payroll and financial reporting is ideal. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; ability to research tax issues and interpret tax laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Able to explain tax matters clearly to clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients / projects, as well as collaborate with the team when needed. Passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!

What You Get to Do!
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses (LLCs, S-corps, corporations), partnerships, and other entities.
- Maintain and organize client financial records, bookkeeping data, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, and support clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and general financial reporting needs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law, regulations, and compliance requirements; research complex tax issues as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients; respond to their questions and provide guidance on tax and financial matters.
