Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Remote Service Provider for one of our partners within the insurance industry! Services Representatives work to solve complex issues or concerns impacting providers and the members they serve. This role communicates with our Providers and works collaboratively with teams across the company to provide efficient and thorough resolution by providing world class service. The representative understands the importance of a world-class member experience when seeking care and actively identifies barriers to member care and member and provider satisfaction to solve for the future. They are able to manage their workload effectively by setting timely outreaches and actively communicating roadblocks to their team.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound provider calls and email communications
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload through efficient dashboard management
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within determined SLAs
• Collaborate with colleagues, Specialists, Experts, and Leads to identify trends and roadblocks
• Utilize internal tools and resources seamlessly
• Effectively communicates findings and resolutions with providers and internal departments
