No Experience Required - Training Provided On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Shift : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm Three (3) weeks of paid time off (Includes a paid week off Between Christmas and New Year) Seven (7) paid holidays Discretionary year-end bonus 100% paid health, vision, and dental benefits for employees & 50% for dependents 401K retirement plan with 3% matching program Pay increases based on performance Epic Aircraft work shirts are provided Friendly team environment and fun company events

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Bonding Team, the Bonding Technician will be doing structural assembly of bonded carbon and other composite parts. This includes surface prep, fit, and bonding of major and minor assemblies, as well as mechanical fit and assembly of flight controls, wingtips, and windshields. This is a great job for you if you have some basic skills (hand and power tools) and are looking for a career you can grow with. Other expectations may include :
- Maintaining records as required
- Working safely by following established operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or required
