You oversee the technical quality and execution of complex, interdisciplinary engineering work, ensuring cohesive collaboration across electronic design, mechanical enclosure design, and new product introduction manufacturing.
The role includes establishing technical standards, development processes, and analytical capabilities, while driving continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned across Blue Engines programs to enhance system performance and maturity. As a people leader, you directly manage electrical and mechanical engineers and related disciplines, setting assignments, guiding professional growth, and conducting rigorous, thoughtful performance management. You own the full employee lifecycle-hiring the right talent, coaching and developing the team, and building a positive, productive culture that complies with HR processes and policies.
