Workers Comp Underwriting Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, WC Underwriting Support.

Key Responsibilities

Manages work activities and performance of reporting staff in alignment with departmental goals

Establishes performance goals, communicates progress, and addresses service-related issues

Identifies process improvements and monitors team performance against established targets

Required Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Minimum of 3 years of customer service and / or administrative experience

Minimum of 1 year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is a bonus

Prior leadership experience is a bonus
