Key Responsibilities
Manage, create, and update usernames and passwords for payroll tax accounts across multiple state and local agencies
Troubleshoot and recover account access issues established by former team members
Maintain compliance documentation and collaborate with payroll and tax teams to ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in multi-state payroll tax operations and account management
Strong knowledge of state and local tax agency systems and compliance requirements
Highly organized with exceptional documentation practices
Self-directed and proactive, able to resolve access challenges with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration skills across internal teams
