Dentist

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducts comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures
• Tooth Extractions and Surgical procedures
• Patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay current on dental practices
• Performs related work as required.

Education and Experience :

Education : Doctor of Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.

Licensure : valid licensure as a Dentist in the state of Florida in accordance with Florida Statute 446

Experience : Previous experience as a practicing dentist is preferred, but new graduates with the right skills and enthusiasm will be considered.

Skills and Qualifications :

PanCare provides a comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental and vision insurance. In addition, to health coverage, we offer 14 paid holidays and 3 weeks of paid vacation per year. Our providers are also eligible to participate in our 403(b) plan with a 6% employer match and 3% annual employer contribution. We also offer a 457(b) deferred compensation plan for those that max out their 403(b) annually. This plan provides a 50% employer match up to $7,500 per year. This position also qualifies for student loan forgiveness through HRSA.
