This opportunity is with a respected outpatient clinic delivering patient-centered primary care.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 annually (based on experience)
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 14 paid holidays annually
• 15 days of PTO (vacation, sick, and personal time)
• 6% 403(b) retirement plan (3% base contribution)
• 457(b) plan company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b
• CME allowance $1,500 per year (can be used for CME, licensure, and DEA expenses)
• Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
• Relocation assistance $1,000 available
• Malpractice insurance fully covered
• Full support staff
• No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
• Onsite provider role (no remote work)
