Job Title : Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Stick Welder who understands that this role involves more than just welding. Primarily, you will be a skilled laborer, responsible for tasks such as placing bolts in holes and learning to rig equipment on a crane.

Responsibilities

• Perform stick welding using 70x18 welding rods and portable welding machines.
• Engage in general construction labor tasks, including rigging and working with steel and precast steel.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and handling metal building components.
• Learn and assist with crane rigging operations.

Work Environment

The position involves outdoor work, which may be dirty and dusty. Proper work attire, including a hard hat and gloves, is required. Safety equipment will be provided as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
