Afternoon Shift | $21–$24 / hr (Based on Experience)

Location : Must be willing to commute within a 15–20 mile radius

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Afternoon Shift | Flexible Hours

Training : 5-Day Paid New Hire Orientation

About the Role

We are hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans.

This role requires fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and their families, support cultural understanding, and ensure therapy is accessible and effective for all.

You’ll engage in play-based learning and apply strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children develop communication, social, and life skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No ABA Experience? We Train You!

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-backed approach to improving behavior and teaching new skills. If you're new to the field, don't worry — we provide everything you need to succeed :

• 12-hour paid new hire training.
• Monthly ongoing training.
• Weekly 1 : 1 mentorship from BT Trainer.
• Opportunity to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Increased pay once RBT certified.
