Compensation : $32.62$48.93 per hour (DOE)

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Science or Medical Technology required; Bachelors degree in Medical Technology preferred.
• Active Florida Supervisors License required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Licensure in three technical specialties preferred.
• Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven skill in workflow oversight quality management and regulatory compliance.
