Retirement savings plans with employer-matching contributions. Educational Assistance Program. Self-Scheduled Shifts : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM). Full-Time Employment : 0.9 FTE (12-hour shifts). Work Schedule Example : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every six weeks, plus 1 weekend. Holiday Requirement : 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter). RNs receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and are cross-trained to act as Charge RNs. Providing high-quality, patient-centered care across Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Adapting swiftly to various unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Available to meet specific scheduling requirements. Training in : NIHSS (Stroke Scale). IV Ultrasound. Charge Nurse cross-training for enhanced leadership capabilities. Competitive Pay : Base rate plus internal float differential. Strong patient-centered care focus with the ability to adapt to clinical situations. Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical records. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to develop professional relationships with patients and colleagues. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
