Thai Chili 2Go is a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant concept offering made from scratch Thai food with the amazing WOK style cooking and fresh, high-quality food. We are building a strong team for our future and want individuals passionate about great food with a strong attention to detail and follow through to come and ignite success with us! We are looking for an hourly trainer who can maintain standards while training others proper procedures for specific tasks. This role involves regular travel in town and out of town.

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Successful applicants should be able to work during the week, and over weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities :

Arrive for your shift on time.

Operate restaurant equipment relative to your role.

Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning.

Maintain a positive attitude.

Follow Procedures and checklists while training others to do so

Validate employees are completing their jobs to the set standards

Communicating concerns to the training Manager and Director about product amounts, staff concerns or quality issues

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Able to work on your feet for long periods.

Ability to work weekends.

Enjoy working with people.

Able to travel up to 5 days or more at a time
