What You'll Do

Overall responsibility for ECI (Early Childhood Iowa) contracts across the north central and eastern Iowa counties, directly supervise Family Outreach Specialist as well as some Early Childhood Service Coordinators. Responsible for funding, program performance, adherence to the program budget, and ensuring compliance with state, federal and other accreditation agencies within site(s). Works in collaboration with other service lines and managers. Completes other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, plus 3 years of supervisory experience. Preferred: Master's degree in related field.
