Job Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting : recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). With this role's greater level of experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior can manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and management positions and other related responsibilities as assigned. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. This role can also serve as a useful resource to other less seasoned Talent Acquisition employees.

Job Description : What You'll Do :

• Talent Acquisition : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor practices to attract top talent and enhance the company's employer brand.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Performance Metrics : Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.

Compensation Data :

Compensation Grade : SP20-007

Compensation Range : $85,081.00-106,352.50 USD

The Physical Demand Level for this job is : S Sedentary Work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently. Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate's ability to work from an approved work location. Although the location is flexible, AEP does not have a presence in all states and localities. The following locations are NOT currently approved for this position : AK, CO, CT, DE, HI, IA, ID, KS, MA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WY, US Territories or international work locations.
