UI UX Designer

Skill 1 – 10+ Yrs Exp - UI/UX design and development, Skill 2 - 8+ Yers Exp - design tools such as Sketch, Figma, A e Creative Suite, and prototyping tools SKill 3 - 8+ Yers Exp - front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS. Skill 5 - 7+ Yers Exp - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Agile/Scrum development process is a plus. Job description is below. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency and quality. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation. Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations. Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, A e Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
