Job Overview

The Transaction Data Analyst role is responsible for maintaining, improving, and investigating the fidelity of card network processing data for the technically and operationally complex traditional processor and card-linked offer (CLO) partnerships. It ensures seamless and continuous transaction feeds for each RN restaurant in the portfolio to provide optimal client and member experience.

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days presence in our Chicago office

What you'll bring to the table : (Responsibilities)

• Monitor technically and operationally complex credit card processing environments to ensure alignment and proper tracking to designated SLAs; troubleshoot network health issues.
• Monitor credit card processing information using tools such as Salesforce Lightning, Domo, and Excel.
• Provide analytical insight on projects and their impact to the business at large.
• Proactively identify issues with current processes and follow through on implementing solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Partner, Data Science, Technology, Operational, and Support teams.
• Conduct research when issues arise regarding member credit card data.
• Pursue and maintain best practices for card processing management, including compliance.
• Audit credit card processing information input for accuracy.
• Actively engage in learning the payments ecosystem, demonstrating curiosity and initiative in mastering knowledge around card network processes and emerging technologies.
• Willingly step in to assist team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure business continuity and success
