Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Location : Forest Lake | Property Management Department

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Leasing Agent openings in Forest Lake, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and at least two years of leasing experience. Experience with Yardi property management software is highly preferred.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay : $22-$24
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly
  • Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
  • Location : Forest Lake, MN

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
  • Explain lease terms, rental rates, and community policies to applicants.
  • Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including posting vacancies online and updating listings.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Collect deposits and ensure proper documentation for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for unit readiness and repairs.
  • Utilize property management software (Yardi preferred) for data entry and reporting.

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of apartment leasing experience.
  • Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

    • Background check is required for this position.
