Insight Global is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a local Richmond company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for management of all customer orders from receipt of order through customer invoicing. This will include identifying the timeliest and most cost effective method for order of fulfillment, maintain direct customer contact, assist with any requests from accounting for month end close, and provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

2+ years of customer service experience

Bachelors degree
Experience in manufacturing or logistics
Job Type : 6-month contract to hire opportunity
Hourly Pay : $25-$33 / hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
