Job Description : Junior Infrastructure Architect (Network-Focused Aircraft Manufacturing Environment)

Role Overview

The Junior Infrastructure Architect supports the design and documentation of network and hosting infrastructures within an aircraft manufacturing environment. Working in a team of senior architects the role involves contributing to connection dossiers and hosting dossiers while assisting multiple internal business units in deploying their applications across highly controlled and safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and documentation of network architectures (LAN / WAN routing switching firewalls) supporting manufacturing engineering and operational systems.
• Assist in preparing connection dossiers and hosting dossiers ensuring they meet aerospace industry constraints such as traceability compliance and configuration control.
• Support internal business units (engineering production supply chain quality etc.) in deploying their applications on shared infrastructure.
• Help maintain infrastructure standards network topology diagrams and documentation aligned with industrial IT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with operations security and application teams to ensure smooth integration and connectivity across production sites.
• Learn and apply best practices in network hosting and documentation processes within a regulated industrial context.
