Dignity Home Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care to our geriatric clients. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who values  timeliness  and excels in  communication —both with patients and our supportive staff. As a Dignity SLP, taking care of patients so they can stay safe and comfortable at home is just the beginning. We're here to improve lives, and that includes yours. You're happy to find ways to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate as needed with the primary doctor, our clinical team, Director of Nursing and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver personalized, in-home therapy to enhance quality of life for seniors.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our care team to ensure seamless, timely treatment plans.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep everyone informed and empowered.

Requirements :

Licensed SLP in Utah with geriatric or home health experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to being on time, every time.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and staff.
