Senior Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert, Economics & Country Risk Solutions, Global Intelligence & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows to maximize the benefits of solutions

Provide tailored demonstrations and training sessions to drive business development and product awareness

Manage escalated customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, international trade, or finance

Experience in client support and product demonstrations

Ability to learn new products and interfaces quickly

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently within a team structure

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with bilingual English / Spanish as a plus
