Technical Recruiter
At Array Labs, we are building the world's most advanced satellite radar constellation to create a high-resolution 3D digital twin of the Earth. Our mission is to provide "lidar-like" 3D data and imagery from space, serving critical applications for both commercial and defense customers.
Array Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of Array Labs' hiring team, you'll be responsible for helping build the foundation of the company. This is a hands-on role that will involve partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to define, execute, and refine our recruiting strategy as we rapidly scale.
We're looking for someone who's excited to take full ownership of the recruiting process from end to end. You'll help discover, screen, and build our team, while also shaping the systems and processes we rely on. No task is too big or too smallyou'll be a key part of a fast-moving, mission-driven team where impact is immediate and visible.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and individual contributors to understand technical requirements and develop hiring strategies
- Manage the complete recruitment process including job descriptions, structuring compensation packages, conducting outreach, coordinating interviews and site visits, and negotiating offers
- Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, including innovative sourcing campaigns for passive candidates from top organizations and maintaining robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and non-traditional recruiting methods
- Turn complex technical requirements into compelling job descriptions while communicating Array Labs' mission and technology in ways that resonate with highly specialized technical candidates
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience, maximize offer-to-interview ratios, and ensure rigorous, fair evaluations
- Partner with leadership to develop comprehensive hiring plans aligned with company growth trajectory, strategic objectives, and technical needs
- Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of technical recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of successfully recruiting specialized technical talent in a fast-paced environmentExcellent ability to understand technical concepts and effectively screen candidates through resume review and technical discussions to determine skill relevanceStrong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruitingDemonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaborationUS citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Skills and Experience
Experience recruiting for hardware engineering, specifically in radar, aerospace, electrical, FPGAs, or embedded systemsBackground in in-house recruiting for high-growth technology or aerospace companiesKnowledge of the geospatial, aerospace, and / or defense industriesTrack record of developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical rolesFamiliarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systemsHistory of building strong relationships with both engineering leaders and candidatesExperience recruiting for a company with an exceptionally high technical barUnderstanding of engineering disciplines and ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidatesExperience in staffing business strategy for company growth that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong hiring manager and applicant satisfactionITAR Requirements

Interview Process
We will conduct two virtual interviews followed by an onsite or virtual onsite. The typical process takes 2-4 weeks from start to finish.
