Imagine your first week : you’re entrusted with a complex aerospace part, and your mission is to set up a 5-axis machining center, prove out the program, and deliver a flawless first article. You lean on your blueprint skills, GD&T know-how, and metrology tools to hit every tolerance on metals and composites. That’s a typical win here.

Your impact

You will :

• Translate routed instructions, manufacturing plans, blueprints, and verbal guidance into precise machine actions.
• Plan tooling and workholding and execute set-ups per the set-up sheet.
• Use hand-held measurement tools to validate critical features.
• Write at-control programs when needed; upload and download programs reliably.
• Document progress by completing routers as operations are finished before moving parts to the next step.
